Diapers for bedwetting are custom-made and more absorbent, provide dry comfort and are easily disposable. Some are fragranced to reduce odor. Some diapers are made using Velcro belts, to enable secure fastening at the waist so they don't get dislodged during the night. The products come in a range of sizes, usually based on waist size. Some diapers come with an elastic belt instead of Velcro, that some people prefer. Some diapers have soft side-padding to minimise rashes.
