Insomnia QuizThink you need an insomnia quiz or insomnia test? Find out how well you sleep and whether you have a problem.
If your sleeping habits seem a bit unusual, you may be asking yourself, do I have insomnia? The first insomnia quiz will quickly give you an idea of whether you need help. The insomnia test that follows actually tests daytime sleepiness, which can have non-insomnia causes, like sleep apnea. In the end these tests are only a guide, and if you have concerns about your health and wellbeing, consult a health practitioner. Insomnia Quiz

Scoring:
Add up the number of points that you scored for each answer to find out just how much of a lark or an owl you are. The highest score you can get from this questionnaire is 46 and the lowest is 8. The higher your score, the more of a morning person you are. The lower your score, the more of night owl you are, and you probably function better in the evenings. Most people score somewhere between these two extremes.
