Night SweatA night sweat, also known as nocturnal hyperhidrosis, is excessive sweating during sleep that may result in drenched sheets and sleepwear. CausesIt is firstly important to work out whether the problem is environmental or due to medical causes. Is your bedroom a comfortable temperature?
